This policy explains what information Freedom Crutches ("we", "us") handles and the choices you have. Freedom Crutches is owned and operated by Millennial Medical. This site has no forms and does not ask for or collect your name, email address, or phone number.

Information we collect

• Collected automatically: basic usage data through Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless (for example pages viewed, device type, and the site that referred you), including a coarse location (country and region, never a precise address).
• Advertising and measurement data: if advertising tools are enabled and you have not opted out, the partners listed below may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on other sites.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our own analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless. If advertising and measurement tools from Meta, Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Reddit, or AdRoll are enabled, a consent banner lets you decline. If you decline, we stop loading these tools and your choice is stored in your browser. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage and choosing again.

How we share information

• Vercel, for website hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Meta, Google, Reddit, and AdRoll, for advertising and measurement (only when enabled and not opted out).

We do not sell your personal information for money. When advertising tools are enabled, some sharing with advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "share" under California law; you can opt out using the consent banner. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. California residents (under the CCPA and CPRA) and residents of the EEA and UK (under the GDPR) have these rights. To make a request, email nate@millennialmedical.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International users

We are based in the United States and process information there.
